Most campus PDFs can be used with Acrobat Reader, Preview (on the Mac) or web browsers. ![]() To assist in identifying features required for your staff that work with PDFs, this table below shows your options. New licensing changes under Acrobat ETLA requires a department to identify all computers they are purchasing Acrobat Pro for. Web browsers also allow viewing and printing of PDF's. Adobe Reader is free to use for reading, filling out and printing PDF documents and forms. Under Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs, click the Reset button.Adobe Acrobat Pro allows users to view, create, edit, print PDF documents and forms and has a licensing cost. Select your username from the menu labeled Select the user account if it's not already selected.
